What should I do if free shipping wasn't applied at checkout?

If free shipping has not been applied as expected, please double check the email address used within Checkout is the same email address used to sign up with Shipster.

Order eligibility criteria is the following:

  • Order total is at least $25 (excluding the shipping cost)
  • Shipping cost of the order is under $20
