The original shipping cost paid and any return cost associated would be deducted from your refund. Don't worry, if you change your mind about your purchase and the item is unused and in its original packaging, you may be able to book a free return using ParcelPoint.
We require an image of the item in its current state, this is just a precaution in case the item was to be damaged in transit back to us, you would not be held liable.

Please check the size and weight restrictions before returning your item. ParcelPoint limits are 10kg and 120 cubic cm (the sum of adding together the length, width and height of the package). If you are unsure, use the size limit of airline carry-on luggage as a guide. For returns via the post office please check the Australia Post Size & Weight Guidelines.
Please note: you will need to complete the online process for each parcel you are returning. For tracking purposes, ParcelPoint and the post office cannot accept multiple parcels with the same label.
For any large item, please contact our Customer Care Team to assist with organising your return. They will advise the return shipping cost for your item.
Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for originally shipping the items to you. In the case of large items, we will also deduct the return shipping cost from the amount that you paid. Please note** The return cost may differ in price from what you originally paid to have the item(s) shipped; for a return quote - please contact our Customer Service team and they will be able to get an estimated return cost for you.
