COVID-19 - New Procedures for Contactless Deliveries

Our delivery partners have implemented new delivery procedures designed to reduce the risk of contracting or spreading the COVID-19 virus.

One Man Delivery

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all items delivered will no longer require a signature. Where possible, the driver will take a photo of your item in place to indicate a completed delivery.

For deliveries with Australia Post, Hunter Express & Allied Express

Items will be left as Safe Drop / Authority to Leave

Two Man Deliveries

For premium freight items, some delivery partners and drivers may not enter the premises to minimise contact. Hence, it is recommended that additional help is present at the premises otherwise standard delivery procedures apply or the item will be left at the door.

For deliveries with Capital Transport, Neway Transport, Toll Sensitive & Designer Transport

There will be no entry into place of residence. Customers will be contacted by phone to schedule a delivery date.
